Brief Description: Z bracket edge finishing and tank skin stiffeners
Today I edge finished the fuel tank attaching Z brackets. The Z brackets are an extrusion cut into short pieces. The ends are sharp and require edge finishing. Then I turned to the right fuel tank lower skin stiffeners. They come in one long stock piece. They need to be cut, contoured, edge finished, installed on the tank skin, match drilled, removed, deburred and finally engraved for their positions so they can be identified before final installation.
